Return Policy

Unsatisfied with your purchase? Our policy lasts 15 days. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may ship it back for a full refund within 15 days, or an exchange within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and notification before item is sent back to us. Please email, before returning your product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for reasons other than damage or defect. If you are returning a damaged or defective item, the cost of shipping will be credited back to your account along with your original charge. Exchanges are shipped for free.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will honor your return or exchange if package is lost.
